Actor Nicolas Cage is expected to resume work on his new movie #211 in June after breaking his ankle on set last month.

Cage’s representative initially said he would resume working within two weeks after his ankle operation was made public, but he has been given a few extra weeks to recover from the injury and now producers at Millennium Films are gearing up to head back to Bulgaria to continue the shoot.

#211, which refers to the police code for “robbery in progress”, also stars Amanda Cerny, Sophie Skelton, and Michael Rainey Jr. It had been pegged to hit theatres later this year (17), but it is not yet clear if the production delay will affect its 2017 release.
