Fortune Daka
Fortune Daka (Spirit Poet)

How about we re-call the day that called today
How about we re-call the first light that was called day
that birthed the darkness that was called night

How about we-call the day that
No man was there
To keep the earth and care
How about we replay the scene
That inspired the creator to say “cut!
“Let us include man in this plot”
Then man appeared
But to till the earth and tear

How about we recall the disobedience of Adam and eve
Of the subtlety of the serpent
How about we recall the deception of Delilah
Of the fall of Sampson
How about we recall the treachery of Ananias
Of the greed of safari
How about we call the atrocities of Sodom
Of the immorality of gormorah

How about we re-call the fall of Lucifer of the pride of leadership

How about we deviate from the stereotype of eve
Of the forbidden fruit in eden
How about we deviate from the stereotype of Gormorah
Of the ungodliness in Sodom
How about we deviate from the stereotype of Ananias of the love for money of Safari
How about we deviate from the skemes of the Philistines
Of the treachery of Delilah

And how about
We imbibe the precept of the plurality
Of the infinite possibility

How about we seek first the kingdom of God
